Desktop to Online Migration Failed
When the QuickBooks Desktop to Online migration fails mid-process — timing out, producing an error message, or completing without the expected data appearing in QBO — the most common causes are a company file that exceeded the size or transaction limit for the conversion tool, data damage in the Desktop company file that blocked the export, or a network interruption during the upload phase. A failed migration does not damage the original Desktop company file.
Use this if: the Desktop to QBO conversion process produced an error, timed out, or completed but data is missing in QuickBooks Online.
