Invoice Payments Not Showing
When a customer pays a QuickBooks invoice through the payment link but the payment does not appear in QuickBooks, the transaction has been processed by Intuit's payment gateway but has not posted to the QuickBooks company file. The payment exists in the merchant account — it is not lost — but the sync between QuickBooks Payments and the QuickBooks accounting record has failed, leaving the invoice marked as unpaid and the deposit unrecorded.
Use this if: a customer has paid a QuickBooks invoice but it still shows as outstanding in QuickBooks and no payment record has appeared.
