Auto-Renewal Charged Unexpectedly
An unexpected QuickBooks auto-renewal charge occurs when the subscription renews at the standard rate after an introductory discount period expires, when a plan was upgraded and the new rate was not reviewed before the renewal processed, or when a subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date despite an intent to cancel. Intuit's auto-renewal charges are processed on the billing date without a prior warning email in all cases — the renewal date in the account settings is the only advance notice provided.
Use this if: an unexpected charge appeared on your card from Intuit for a QuickBooks subscription renewal you did not expect or did not authorize.
