Refund Eligibility and Schedule

Refunds may be issued based on the timing of your request relative to the service delivery date:

  • Within 7 Days: If you request a refund within 7 days of receiving the service (design, development, or marketing), you are eligible for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Between 7 to 15 Days: For requests made 7-15 days post-service delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • After 15 Days: Refunds are not provided after 15 days from the initial service delivery date. However, please contact us if you encounter issues, as we aim for a high level of customer satisfaction and may assist on a case-by-case basis.
Important Considerations
  • Failure to Provide Requirements: If project requirements are not provided within 7 days of order placement, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Case-by-Case Basis: Refund approvals are assessed individually. Techbrot, Inc. reserves the right to grant or deny refund requests based on our user agreement and the nature of the request.
  • HP Printer Refunds: Refunds for HP printers are subject to HP's refund policy. If you are returning a printer purchased from Techbrot, Inc. and it is within the return window, please refer to HP's official return and refund policy. HP may have specific guidelines regarding restocking fees, damaged goods, or the condition of the returned items. How to Claim Your Refund

To streamline the refund process, please follow these steps:

  • Non-Returnable Products: Certain services, as specified at the time of purchase, are non-refundable. This includes:

    • Logo, business card, and branding services
    • Other customized or consulting-based services

Post-Refund Terms
  • Transfer of Rights: Upon issuing a refund, all rights to the delivered work (design, marketing, or development) will transfer to Techbrot, Inc. You will lose all rights to use, display, or claim ownership of any provided content.
  • No Further Rights: By accepting a refund, you agree to forfeit any right to the content, designs, or media provided, and you will not claim ownership or usage rights.
