General Service Agreement

Techbrot, Inc. is a certified partner for HP, offering sales of HP printers, supplies, and other related products. We also provide Malwarebytes IT helpdesk support services to ensure your IT systems are protected. Our goal is to deliver professional-grade solutions tailored to your needs. All services are provided online and available to clients worldwide.

Quality Assurance Commitment

We take pride in providing high-quality products and services, ensuring that our HP products meet the highest standards, and our IT helpdesk services are reliable and effective. Our process emphasizes efficient collaboration and client feedback, guaranteeing that every project aligns with your expectations.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions to ensure 100% satisfaction:

  • If initial products or services are unsatisfactory: You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the initial product or service.
  • After requesting revisions or services rendered: Once revisions are requested or services have been provided, the money-back guarantee is voided, but refund requests may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Inaction within 60 days: Refund requests become invalid if no communication or action is taken within 60 days from the last interaction.

If a refund is processed, you forfeit all rights to the products or services delivered and agree not to use or distribute any refunded materials.

Delivery and Deadlines

Techbrot, Inc. guarantees the initial delivery of products or services within 48-72 hours. Specific project timelines or product deliveries will be communicated at the start of each transaction. Full payment is required upon order placement to initiate the process.

Color and File Format Standards

Products are created in accordance with industry standards for quality. For custom services such as design work, we adhere to standard color models and file formats including .AI, .JPEG, .PDF, and .TIFF. Any requests for changes in file formats post-project commencement may incur additional charges.

Unlimited Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions within reasonable limits to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product or service. Revisions typically take 48 hours per request. Excessive revision requests beyond the initial project scope may result in additional charges.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received, Techbrot, Inc. transfers ownership of all products and services delivered to the client. Any intellectual property or materials provided by the client remain their property. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Project Cancellation Policy

Techbrot, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reject any project under the following circumstances:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to complete the project due to external factors beyond our control, we will cancel the project and provide a full refund.
  • Illegal Content: Orders promoting illegal content or that are associated with pornographic, defamatory, or harmful material will be immediately canceled without refund.
Refund Policy

Refunds are available only as per the conditions stated above. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days once eligibility is confirmed. Refunds for services purchased using promotional discounts or offers may be subject to deductions equivalent to the original discount amount.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing products or services from Techbrot, Inc., you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve any issues. In the event that a chargeback is initiated by the customer without prior communication, and Techbrot, Inc. suffers financial loss as a result, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the funds and any associated costs, including but not limited to time spent on resolving the issue, legal fees, and any bank charges incurred.

We will vigorously defend any chargeback claims and may take legal action to recover the lost funds and damages. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without valid cause may result in legal and financial repercussions, including court cases and the reimbursement of all associated costs.

Limitation of Liability

Techbrot, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. We are also not responsible for missed deadlines due to unapproved changes, delays in client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Middletown, Delaware.
