Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If work on your service has already started, a partial charge may apply based on the work already performed.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days, provided eligibility criteria are met. Refunds may be subject to verification of service completion, product shipment, and delivery status.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Some services related to custom IT configurations, pre-deployed software, and software licenses (especially related to HP printers and Malwarebytes endpoint protection) are non-refundable once deployed. This is due to licensing agreements and the specialized nature of these services.
  • Printer and Supply Returns: Printers and supplies are returnable only if unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once a printer or consumable supply has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless defective.

Important: Refund requests for printers or supplies delivered through our authorized distributors may also be subject to the distributor’s return policy. We will work with you to ensure any issues are handled according to the specific terms outlined by the distributor.
