What does the discovery call cost?
Nothing. The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary, there’s no hourly billing, and the written fixed-fee scope that follows is non-binding. Every engagement is priced from the figures published on our pricing page — the scope you receive cites them.
Will I get a sales pitch on the call?
No. A QuickBooks ProAdvisor reviews where your books are and recommends the right engagement — or none, if that’s the answer. The call ends with a clear next step you’re free to ignore.
What if TechBrot isn’t the right fit for my situation?
We’ll say so on the call and point you toward what does fit — including firms outside TechBrot when that’s the answer. The discovery call is complimentary either way, and you keep everything you learned from it.
How does pricing work after the discovery call?
You get a written fixed-fee scope within 3 business days of the call. It binds us to the fee and the deliverables. If genuinely new in-scope work emerges mid-engagement, we re-quote in writing before any of it happens — no scope creep, no hourly upcharges. Canonical figures live on the pricing page.
